No option for both? I just used my gas grill to cook up some tasty burgers but you can't beat the flavor of charcoal with some soaked wood chips.

Smoked 8 racks, yes 8 racks, of Baby Back Ribs yesterday using charcoal, then finished them off on the gas grill! You don't get no pics, and you don't get no ribs.

i used to have charcoal. but time constraints between both jobs has time limited so gas works better for me.

Both. I smoked 6 racks of ribs on my gas grill for the 4th due to the crappy lump charcoal I bought for my Weber Kettle not working properly in my Smokenator.

    CHARCOAL ALL THE WAY

If you know your going to be grilling and like to use charcoal over gas....... why not prep the grill while prepping the food?? I grilled 2 days ago, soaked the charcoal right before I starting beer battering the bratwurst and about 10 minutes before they were ready I sprayed a little to get it going, lit it and right when my brats were ready.... so was my grill :)...... IF YOUR GONNA DO IT, DO IT RIGHT......
