Smoked 8 racks, yes 8 racks, of Baby Back Ribs yesterday using charcoal, then finished them off on the gas grill! You don't get no pics, and you don't get no ribs.No option for both? I just used my gas grill to cook up some tasty burgers but you can't beat the flavor of charcoal with some soaked wood chips.
If I'm going to use "gas", I'll turn on the stove. Charcoal all the way.
