    That solves that! Weber it is! Made in Palatine, IL.
    I've read in some reviews online that some of the Weber grills are now made in China. Some of the ones "made in the USA" are assembled in the USA from imported parts. It's so hard anymore to find something completely constructed in this country. I'm willing to pay more for those things when I find them.

    Weber has outsourced some of their parts but it is a small % and the vast majority of the parts are still manufactured in the US. Wish they hadn't done that but...

    For those that posted "gas for convenience", you're doing it wrong! A chimney and newsprint, and I am cooking in 15 minutes. I would have voted wood, but not a choice. Primo XL Oval Kamado, and lump charcoal for grilling, and apple and hickory for slow cook/smoking. Yumm!
