glock 23 is a good choice. or glock 27 if you want smaller.

the best!! i carry the G23 and absolutely love it!!!!:rockwoot: but smaller is the 27 i just dont want two guns (cant afford them) so i went with the med size 23 and its a great gun!!! :ingo:

so pretty much if you like glocks, you only like them because everyone else does? im not intelligent enough to decide which firearm i like for myself i guess. i carry a h&k. but i also enjoy glocks. ive fired all calibers except the gap.

I really enjoyed shooting my Taurus Pt140. It was very accurate, reliable and just an overall good firearm. It was small enough to carry concealed, and my wife used it a couple of times as a purse gun. But like with any other brand...you either like em or you don't....:twocents:

    Walther PPS.

A little more expensive (get a used one, cheaper and often in killer shape) - uber concealable, and beyond reliable. Plus if you dont have tiny girl hands you can get a good grip without a floorplate extension.

Another Glock 27 here. It's a great gun for me in the summer. Now that it's getting colder out, it will spend most of it's time in the safe and I'll be carrying my Sig229 or a 1911. The best suggestion I can give is to try and shoot as many of the possibilities that you can and decide at the range.

I have a G23 and PM40. The Kahr is new to me, so I can't recommend yet, but it does look promising (and tiny). The G23 has been a wonderful pistol. I have had it for 6 years, and it has never missed a beat.
