I had a older cop in uniform who was also standing in a gun store ask me once why I needed a flare launcher.
My answer, i need it becauase YOU don't think I should have it. Thats exactly why I need it and now want it!
This was about 15 years ago but damn. Don't troll in uniform in a gun store. At least put on civvies like the feds :):

So my answer, ALL OF THEM to infinity

All I can do is chuckle anymore when someone says "why would you need something like that"

I heard it like two days ago from a co-worker when another employee and I were talking about guns and the 50 BMG came up somehow. Most people don't understand how rights work.

A coworker of mine (pro-gun guy) and I have talked about guns before, and I've mentioned that I'm a collector, etc.. I sent him a copy of my document that I send to my insurance company (a complete list of my collection). His only response was "Judas Priest!". :):

50 BMG was mentioned in the conversation I'm referencing. Still..."bill of rights not bill of needs blah blah blah"

I never wanted an AR pistol until Barry said he didn't want me to be allowed to have one. I started putting one together the next day.

Same reason I "need" that Desert Eagle 44 mag and that VEPR 12 ga; "Because nobody needs a gun like that" (said in your best nasaly sniveling simp voice)

This seems like a silly question. "how many guns do you need?" I'll let you know if I have ever feel like I have enough or I can no longer find things out there that I find engaging, don't hold your breath waiting, hehe!

I believe it’s directly proportional to your testosterone level. Testosterone low = wimpiness high therefore a low need or desire for a firearm (probably would be more dangerous with it anyway). Testosterone high = less need for someone else to protect you. It would mean a higher willingness to protect yourself and those around you.

N+1 where N is the current number provided it is S-1 where S is the number that would result in separation from one’s significant other.

Not an issue here. These are mine:

    Some of these are hers:

Including the Williams and Powell. The Westley Richards is mine.

This was my first anniversary present from her:

Half the machine guns are hers, including this one:

This was her Christmas present from me a couple of years back:
