If we've ordered ammo from you, you're bringing that with, right? (doesn't make a whole lot of sense to ship it all over the state just to have us drive it back down there...)

Note: The only dumb question is: "Is it loaded?"

Yes, ammo that was ordered from Cwood will be available for pickup AT NFA Day. There will also be a limited amount of "extra" on hand just in case.

There are 3 lanes that can accommodate 3 people shooting simultaneously.

be a area for each vendor to have a line for trying out their goodies?

At the rear of the range will be a multitude of tables set up with all the guns/goodies on them. Tell the owner which one you want to shoot, and he will take the weapon and escort you to the firing line. He will then give you a brief tutorial on how to operate the weapon, and then he will act as the Safety Officer while you have fun squeezing the trigger.

if we need to bring approved target items, can ya let us know soon?

At this time we already have paper, pins, steel, fruit, and various other target items. Participants are asked not to bring their own targets.

It's five miles south of Morgantown, Indiana. It's also about 9 miles north of Nashville, IN. A detailed map with address and contact information will go out to the participants about a week before the shoot.

As Esrice said, there will be 3 firing positions on a common firing line. Each line will have an RO when the shooter is on the line. That RO will also be whomever owns the firearm being used. There will also be 3 Range Safety Officers who will be roaming the firing line in addition to the ROs who will be directly supervising the shooters.
Our #1 mission is to get everyone through the day and back home again without incident or injury. Safety is #1. I hope that everyone in attendance is familiar with Col. Cooper's rules of gun safety. If you are not, please Google it beforehand. These rules will also be covered during the safety briefing before shooting commences.

I know it has been said bring more ammo than what you think you will need, but, can someone at least give me an idea? You know, if I'm the stingy guy which I'm not nor will I be, how much could I shoot. I'm not looking for exact, but ballpark. 500 rounds of 556 and 9mm or 1000 each? Those are the main two I will shoot, I want to have enough but not so much as to break the bank. Thanks for any suggestions, I do apperciate them.

    See post #7, this thread.

I would think 500 rounds of each caliber would be plenty. If you shot 30 round magazines, that would allow you to shoot 33 times or 33 weapons. You'd be a busy camper if you were at the line 33 times in the day. (It is doable however!) :ar15:

It's called rounding! I'm an engineer...we deal with approximates and estimates all the time. If I had said you could shoot 33.33333 times, wouldn't I have sounded like a much bigger geek? :D

And like an engineer, you got so wrapped up in the numbers that you completely missed my point! :): Your OP made it sound like 500 rounds would let you shoot 33 times...
