The activity in the classifieds isn't near what it once was. From what I can see though, it looks as if no one is doing any obvious blatant flipping.

I guess that's not to say that flippers didn't get smart enough to not where they eat and flip the good neighborly buys they got here to the nameless/faceless on GB and other sites like?
