I don’t see anything wrong with populism, per se. But establishment types sure act as if it’s a gateway to fascism. And they just make claims without reasoning why this is so.

The funny thing is, their job is 1.) upholding the constitution, and 2.) fulfilling their constituency's desires.
No.2) is more or less exactly what populism is.

The fact anyone takes issue with this, as long as it isn't in conflict with 1, baffles me.

And while on an academic level that is one aspect of fascism, fascism isn't inherently bad its self, it's only bad if the views it's reinforcing are bad.

No, I think the WEF website, the book from the creator that literally lays out the plan, the various supporting websites, articles, videos and interviews all demonstrate proof.

Granted, that’s not to say it IS going to happen, just that those in power WANT it to happen.

I spent I dunno. Maybe 20 or more years studying scripture. Doesn't mention the new world order. But was not a shortage then, nor is there a shortage now, of people wanting to read every current event into some parts of scripture. They've been doing that to "predict" all kinds of things. And they keep being wrong. Do you know why that is? I know why that is.
