My brother lives in Portland, but he's from around here so he's not helpless. I was out there for his wedding and took a side trip with my son down the coast, got to tour the Tillamook cheese factory and all. Eventually, I had to fill the tank on the rental. Unaware of the law, I was about to get out of the car to pump my gas and was alarmed to see this homeless looking derelict approaching the car. Talk about creating employment...

Tillamook is awesomeness... it’s one of the first things my wife and I get when we visit. Ask your brother if he’s visited the water avenue coffee company. My daughter works there trains baristas and is the one who test roasts all the coffee that comes in from other countries.
I have learned more about coffee than I needed to know. Also have you eaten at Pambichi’s Cuban restaurant. Highly recommend!

Well, he's older than I am, and not in good health now, so he doesn't get out too much anymore. I've had my own problems, so it's unlikely I'll get back out there anytime soon :(

I could have used it the other day. I didn't quite fill up before I had to stop lest I lose my ears (I'm not one to get back in the car while pumping) due to the wind. No fire, but they were sure burning.

youre safe on that one. After the elections of all the protesters out there only 27% had actually voted. They are still having anti trump protests.....

If she is one of those Oregon gas station attendants that pumps it for you I would be upset about a law change too. BTW I would give her a tip too.

Just the tip? Why not give her the whole thing?

    :joke:

Of course first you would want her written consent, certified by a notary. One never can be too careful these days.
