There was a slightly larger version called the Pocket Nine that was made back around 1999-2000. They're pretty rare, since they were only made for a couple years, and command pretty good $$ when you can find them.
I carry the Kel-Tec PF-9 in a number 3 Uncle Mikes Pocket Holster and forget I have it on me. As with all pistols, you need to run at least 200-250 rounds and you are ready to trust the pistol for carry. A clean pistol is a happy pistol.
