But I wish they would bring a servo-activated dry clutch system to the masses. The wet clutch is the weak link vis a vis spirited driving, but I love the computer controlled rev matching and rejection of ... shall we say, unintended ... gear selections
I don't mind a wet clutch, as they work just peachy keen in motorcycles. It especially eliminates issues with shaft seal leakage that the focus DCT apparently suffers from. To me it almost feels like a sticky throw-out bearing though.
Regardless, having the computer manipulate the clutch and gear selection is great for getting the most out of lap times, but it suuuuuuuuucks for normal driving, IMO. I would rather be in charge of the clutch.
