    Then got swayed by this one at Carl Caspar's Custom Auto Show in 1978....

    I had a T Shirt on that said "Afternoon Delight" and was one of the few young men in line to get her autograph....It came my turn and she threw that long blonde hair back, smiled and said, "Afternoon Delight Huh??? Is that what the girls at your school call you?"

    And being the suave 14 year old guy I was then I looked to the ground, shuffled my feet and said...

    "Nah...Yuck yuck..No...Geeze Ms. Fondren...I mean, golly geeze oh Pete..I mean...huh...huh...huh...Garble...Garble....Ya shore are purty.."

    And then I stumbled down the stairs.....



    :)

    True story....My uncle still laughs his butt off about it......
