He's ruined his home state and plays tricks that, were they done in business, would get you thrown in jail to "balance" his budget, (which isn't balanced). There's just a lot of nope where he's concerned.

FDR was able to get the court "to see the light" back during the New Deal era. I'm not so sure voters from either side would want measures taken that would materially change the legislative posture the court has assumed over the last few decades.
