Here is the word around the gun shop this week...Take it for what it's worth....

The older guy that Jadis seemed to refer to quite a bit probably worked there "before"....It was a (small) Government installation of some sort that was hidden underneath the dump...Probably a relic of the Cold War...That would explain the heli pad and the fact that you never saw their sleeping/ cooking arrangements at the dump....
