Bought her some diamond earrings for our anniversary and had some money leftover and used it to buy a nice full size 9mm. With the Governor’s shut down order I have started carrying my new large capacity 9mm instead of my normal P238 EDC. So every night the new gun has been on the dresser. Aware of the potential for things to go sideways with this crisis she did not even mention the new gun the last few weeks. Finally this morning she commented that I changed my EDC but did not even ask how much I paid for the new gun.
