In all seriousness, we shoveled everything off yesterday and salted the heck out of the driveway. Hopefully that holds up to the rain we're getting.

I just finished Round 1 of shoveling all the Global Warming off my driveway and put down a couple bags of Climate Change melter. I'll go back out in a few hours for round 2. Then I'll be done for the night.

I'll be getting up early tomorrow because I HAVE TO WORK, to do round 3.

I find it easier to shovel 4" 3 times than 12" once. I like my back.

Someday I'll have a heated driveway. Someday.

Chuck Lofton said the ideal time to shovel will be 7pm-ish. The snow will have tapered off, the temps won't have dropped too far, and football should be over (last one is mine).

4 wheel drive 45hp Kubota tractor with front end loader and rear grader blade. Really wish I had taught the wife how to drive it before it got cold. Oh well, I'll just right out the instructions for her, it'll build her character.

Fight it with fire and urine.

Fire and urine heh? I'll have to give that try. My decision to just shoot at the driveway with an automatic weapon is taking too long and using too much ammo.

Actually i've got the 4 wheeler and the snow blower. Will be busy all day here in Monroe County.

A couple of years ago, we had a heavy snow followed by a nasty ice storm. It resulted in a 7" thick glacier coating my driveway. It was there for weeks before it was warm enough for the salt, sun, and pickaxes to clear it. I always try to keep it clear now. I've shoveled 7 times today already because I'd rather shovel an inch of heavy snow seven times than 7 inches of heavy snow once.

4320. Slightly larger engine. Love my heated/air conditioned cab
I use mine in my woods too much for a cab. I bought my outfit used and got a smoking deal. My backhoe attachment framework won't allow a cab. I guess the newer framework does.
