Yes, nekkid women are scary at first. I worked hard to overcome that fear.
The acting was... horrible
Showgirls.
Showgirls.
Shower scene...Not for the scare factor but An American Werewolf In London is my favorite and a damn fine movie. This transformation was way ahead of it's time.
I actually liked Event Horizon; it's pretty scary.I'm one of those weirdos who finds most horror movies kinda funny.
But one that I didn't laugh at was Event Horizon.
The ghost in the darkness. It’s an old movie, but it is based on a true story about some man eating lions in Africa. The lions are actually mounted in a museum somewhere in the U.S. Not the best movie to watch at a friends house at 2 in the morning after he has dozed off. Lol I had to sleep with the light on for a while after this.

"Where Were Going You Wont Need Eyes To See."
My first was Fright Night at a sleep over. It's dumb, but at the time it was terrifying.
Now days, I relish a smart horror film be it old like The Exorcist, or new like Get Out, or foreign like Suspiria.
The most recent that had me squirming was an Austrian flick - Goodnight Mommy.
Oh, and thanks Indiucky - I now know what I'm doing this afternoon.

For me it was The Legend Of Boggy Creek. I was 8 or 9 the first time I saw it and we were living in the country in south central Missouri at the time. Scared the hell out of me then and still makes my hair stand up now. It’s been digitally remastered and looks fantastic.
