Actually want to find some in or around NWI for storing my bike for the winter. Right now I just have Premium in there with some Seafoam, but we have some 40°+ days still on the horizon so it's not really "away"

Good luck with that. Due to the same EPA order that causes us to have emissions testing, all of our fuels have to be oxygenated which, due to ethanol being the cheapest oxygenator, means all of our stations have ethanol. The airports would be an exception, possibly marinas, but no regular gas stations that I have been able to find.

That being said, I have never had an ethanol problem in my old machines or motorcycle when the fuel is fresh when stored with a preservative.

At least in central Indiana... Farm Bureau Co-op's and Shell stations sell non-ethanol fuel...

You can buy it at Knoll Brothers in Michigan City. The location is not a gas station, just go inside and they will help you.
