Right around 2010 is when I started carrying all the time. Never had a license for it in my life. Pietta 1851 .36 caliber. First pistol was a 1911, still waiting on constitutional carry to carry it in public.
All the way back 30 years ago, I bought and carried a Ruger p85 which still sits in my gun safe today, but most recently I’ve been carrying one of my sig sauers (226 legion or a p320) and occasionally a smith 638 airweight

(close call from 4-12 shift, 3 possible carjackers) Never left home without it! Add: Still have M10! Beretta traded for a M49 Bodyguard J Frame. Same ammo for both.
Indiana, of course. First carry was a Ruger SR22 that I dropped into a coat pocket on my evening walks during the winter. Later moved to a Taurus 709 with an actual holster. Dropped that for a PC Shield which has been my EDC since.

My first gun was a Ruger P89DC, but I never carried it. My first carry was a Smith & Wesson Sigma SW40, which changed when it started breaking and then I learned how much better I could shoot with anything that wasn't a Sigma.
2013 , applied the day I turned 18, it was right after Sandy Hook happened and the mad scramble began took pretty much exactly 6 months to get my permit.
First carry gun was a Smith and Wesson Shield chambered in 9mm
