I kept the gun in a bag it was grey. I own two of that same bag. I let my friend borrow the bag because he didn't have an actual bag he a had a big bulky suit case like we were taking a trip to the Bahamas. No I wasn't worried the gun would get damaged in a bag with nothing in it. Once I found out that the gun was in that bag I inspected it to make sure there wasn't anything spilt on it or damaged in anyway. Afterwards I pack the bag when we were leaving. There was a lot going on. I'm ADHD I got pulled away to do something else. I had it turned over to the police because even if I didn't condone it that's the fate that was held. The cabin is at a park, from what I was told no weapons are permitted at parks I didn't find that out until after the fact anyways. As well as there were no posted signs or anything else about weapons or firearms. As for me personally I didn't see it necessary to bring a firearm to a cabin since it's not in the middle of nowhere and it's supposed to be a fun relaxing time. Another reason I didn't want it to be there is because of alcohol and I would be around people suffering from depression. Is there anything else you'd like to know about my life? Maybe I should add that on the way there my car broke down and we had to get a ride there and back. Yk I figured that asking if there's a way to get a copy of my bill of sales from any where or anything would need my life story and the story behind what happened that I need my bill of sale.

I didn't want to know anything about your life to begin with as it sounds like a rotating **** show with fans set at multiple angles.

Picking through your "evolving narrative" (a professional way to say meandering ********) I would lay money that you took a pistol to a rental cabin and due to your inability to hold two coherent thoughts in your head at the same time you forgot the pistol in the cabin. After you checked out the owner found it and turned it in to the police. Now you're trying to recover it and inventing a more and more complicated story to try and justify why the gun is in police custody while trying to make yourself the victim. Your story frequently conflicts with itself because it's hard to keep track of so many lies when you can't hold two coherent thoughts in your head. You've chosen a user name that would essentially translate as "Tamer of Hell", so what's the Hell? Addiction or mental heatlh because it sure as **** isn't just ADHD and, again, nobody leads a conversation with "I don't do drugs" apropos of nothing. Don't answer, it's rhetorical and I'm not interested in your next layer of ********.

Given your posts here, whatever or whoever seperated you from a deadly weapon did both you and everyone else a favor. Consider it divine intervention and move on.

I didn’t say get a copy from her I never specified how to get it because I was just asking if there’s a way I could get a copy. At first y’all are badgering me for details and now y’all aren’t worried about the details I can’t say anything with out someone telling me I’m full of **** it’s irritating
I see you edited your first post in this thread. Originally you said she filled out a bill of sale but didn't give it to you. Are you changing your story again now?

Right after I split with my ex wife, I needed some document that she had, and was refusing to give up, then one day, she slipped up and let one of my sons bring over a very expensive MacBook that belonged to her stepdad.

It only took one phone call from me saying “either I have that paper in my hands tomorrow, or the laptop here gets it”, and my wish was granted!

May not work for the OP, but there are “ways”.

So you packed the bag and could have just left it there but also you lent the bag to someone else who packed it. The person didn't notice the gun while packing but then somehow did and instead of just putting it in your bag, that you were not afraid would damage it when you put it in the first time, were now afraid it would damage it. So instead you gave it to the police somehow or other. Maybe through an intermediary. Because no guns in the cabin because why, exactly?

I don't know what happened, but it's none of this ******** you're trying to pass.
Wow, I’ll bet you would make a great detective!

The worst part... his dog ran away.

"Woke up just the other day
Fell out of bed and my dog ran away.
The car won't start and the weather was cold and gray.
I got stuck in a traffic jam,
My major meeting didn't go as I planned.
Looks like it's gonna be another one of those days."

I literally just wanted to know if anyone know where or how I can get a copy of my bill of sale.
So ask the person you bought it from who created the bill of sale if they'll give you a copy.

Why would you sign a bill of sale then not take a copy for yourself? Or at least snap a picture on your phone.

You started a thread full of murky details with very little punctuation or coherent explanation, then get your dander up because most of us can't follow the story and ask for more info?

As my buddy Brandon would say, "C'mon man!"

His story has changed. Originally he said his ex filled out a bill of sale, but didn't give it to him. Then he edited his OP to remove that little bit of info and is now wanting to get this imaginary bill of sale from god knows where, so he won't be in trouble with god knows who.
