      How much of it is related to Chicago pumping up their interests in our areas? We have seen a couple years of increased violence in Fort Wayne also. The gang unit here has been pretty busy.

      In part I feel bad for the guy, but at the same time his attitude magnified things and both sides shut down to conversation when he lost his resolve. He will be released with no charges and might get a few bucks in his pocket after a drawn out lawsuit and settlement.
