      Saw a man smoke a $500 cigarette

I completely agree...but they exist. I was in a steak place that had a central bar area (literally in the center of the place) that allowed smoking...however, the rest of the place was smoke free.....I was suprised when I smelled smoke in the non-smoking section!!! What gives? :dunno: Love...

      Saw a man smoke a $500 cigarette

Congrats to the OP and Shop Owner for thier decisions. I am a non-smoker, always have been a non-smoker. That being said, I don’t support a blanket ban on something that isn’t illegal such as smoking. Would you like it if they tried to ban the carrying of all firearms any where but in your car...

What Would Happen If You Shot a Gun in Space? (Space.com article)

The small bullet probably wouldnt be too interesting.... BUT.... Think if you shot something that was at or exceeding your body mass! That could be an interesting ride for the person shooting the weapon! <-----------------> Just a theory...could be wrong! :dunno:

Should WTB ad really read Want To Steal

I think when someone places a WTB add (not all the time), they are looking for a great deal. Not sure I would call it a "steal." Chances are they dont need the item quickly and are willing to wait and pray on a sellers need to sell quickly. I have seen many people trying to sell something...

      Class Recommendation

Good Morning INGO! I am looking to take some classes this spring/summer to become more familiar with weapons in general (SAFETY, cleaning, shooting techniques, etc..) With so many different classes offered with many different local certified instructors, I am looking for recommendations...

      Oakley sunglasses

:twocents: I have owned many pairs of oakley glasses including M-Frames, Flak Jackets with the photochromic lenses, Half Jackets, Polarized Juliets and Non-polarized Juliets. While I like the look and feel of the Juliets, they have one factor that is very annoying. They have specialized...

Weapon type for dedicated home protection?

Great info! I am very thankful to have a community that is willing to voice their opinions on what they would choose with the parameters I have at home. I didn’t start this thread to pit one against the other or ruffle feathers. Merely to get opinions from individuals more educated and...

Weapon type for dedicated home protection?

Anyone had any experience with these? With the biometrics, that could be a perfect thing to put in the nightstand! I am sure you would have to do yearly battery checks/replacements to keep everything working correctly when need but that minimal maintanence! You could easily put your hand on...

Weapon type for dedicated home protection?

That is definitely an interesting invention. My 11 month old would find that in a hearbeat as she is at the right size to find it so that make it a little risky. She gets places I wouldnt have dreamed she could get! Amazing what happens when they learn to crawl! Thank you for the...

Weapon type for dedicated home protection?

I completely agree....the hope of them not figuring out how to chamber/fire isnt safe enough.... As soon as they are old enough to understand (currently a 5 year old and 11 month old girls) I will definitley teach them safety. Right now, I dont keep anything unsecured and loaded around the...

Weapon type for dedicated home protection?

It is a dream of mine to own a suppressed AR15! I read through the process for making this happen and it is a little intimidating to say the least! Bring up another quesiton I had (wow....hijacking my own thread!)! I was looking at the Colt 6921 and was wondering if those were legal to own in...
