Does anyone do "mini" appleseeds anymore? I want to introduce my son to appleseed and I think a "mini" Like dave used to have in cloverdale would be a great introduction before attending a regular seed. we live in Ohio now but we can drive a coupla hours for some good shooting and instruction.
I bought one a week ago for 250.00 new. I put 60 rds through it without a hitch. the trigger takes some getting used to and the recoil is pretty snappy, but it hits where you point it and has enough power to get the job done.
another bonus is that 9mm is about half the price of .380.
had my oly m4gery for a few years and its been very reliable. At an appleseed shoot in Gibsonburg Ohio I was consistantly hiting an 18" x 24" target at 500 yds with it(with cheap ammo), so I'd say its plenty accurate.
I have not had any problems with it at all.
man, I sure miss the monthly "mini's". Dad and I will be doing some shooting this weekend at the family farm in Lucasville, OH. So I guess we'll be with you in spirit.
I just bought a p3at yesterday and got to shoot it and an lcp side by side! I gotta say they are both pefect for a deep concelement. they shoot nearly identical as they are practically twins. I would say the ruger has a little better fit and finish but it should since it cost 60.00 more.
