      How to identify spare cylinder?

      Among the items I got from my father is a loose cylinder. It would appear to be from a 22 of some kind. I have a .357 Blackhawk (probably not), a .22LR Single Six (solid maybe) and a .22LR Bearcat (not sure). What do you guys think? How can I tell what it belongs to?

      I think I can see the issues with carrying a gun with an exposed hammer for EDC. Primarily, I think there could be problems if the hammer gets caught up on anything. Any other issues?       I really enjoy my 1965 East German. Easy to handle, pretty easy to shoot. I can't speak for accuracy because I'm just not that accurate with anything yet...Takedown for cleaning is pretty simple, so far (I haven't unscrewed anything yet). Just wanted to share, see if anyone else likes these.
