Hey guys! just picked up this beauty! It was made in 1920, and came from Hungary. It is the one of the few successful long recoil actions out there.
After a bolt return spring change, this gun runs very smoothly! not bad for 97 years old!

Hi, Im looking for a FRommer Stop, but can only find them in 32. Did they ever make any in 380? I thought I've heard but wasn't sure. If they did, where would be a good place to find one? Tried looking on gun broker
I was wondering how many rounds can a single barrel last? I know there is many variables but specifically a .45ACP Barrel.
What about the Handgun itself?
Thanks!

SOLD I have a really nice M1 carbine for sale. It's in the very low serial number range (3xx,xxx) and it functions flawlessly. Barrel is in great shape (about a 1.5 on the muzzle gauge), and all the parts are USGI (NO reproduction parts, or IMPORT marks). I'd like to sell, and I'm open to...
I have various brands of 38 SPCL, all full except for a partial box of Remington (Ill throw it in for free for first buyer).
Not really sure what its all worth, so let me know if my asking price is crazy.

Seems like theres places with the surplus cans still in stock, but when I go to other websites with cheaper surplus, not one of them have any in stock??? I for the life of me can't find anything cheaper than 37c a round!!
Wanting to buy a 44 Magnum lever action rifle. Id prefer a Henry, but I'd still be interested in others. Let me know what you have! Thanks!

Well it's been a while since I posted here! I went to the gunshot Friday, and wasn't really planning on picking an m1 carbine up. I mostly just went to look around and have fun, along with acquiring some stripper clips for my SKS if I felt like it haha. I didn't end up getting any stripper...
Anyone else find it just as fun to take apart, and or clean guns as much it is to shoot them? I'm more mechanically oriented, so I love stripping them down and giving them some love!
What's the best m1 carbine out there? No budget in mind, if need be I'll save a little longer. Also, what's a good price point per round for .30 Carbine?
