      Stock coatings

      Does anyone know what happened to the shop in Franklin that used to do hydro coating? Or is there another shop that does this? A friend of mine had a stock done in a camo pattern that had a 'rubbery' feel and it was awesome. Thanks

      browning BLR

      got a quick question, is it possible to chenge the barrel on a browning BLR?       1911 break-in

      Looking for a ball park figure of how many rounds have to go down the pipe of a new, very tight, 1911. I recently bought one and can't hardly get it to feed. Finally got it to cycle with LOTS of lube. I feel nothing is wrong with the gun, it just needs broke in.

      First Deer Hunt of The Year

      Went hunting last night in Marion County (urban deer zone), and saw a buck right off the bat. Nice 8ptr came in at about 15 yds, and wouldn't leave.       When does everyone move or put up their tree stands, if at all? I've got 4 up for this year so far, one that never moves and 3 that move depending on what crop is in the area. I usually try to have mine in place by the middle of August. Just curious how others went about it.
