      Yeah I though $1600 was a bit high. But as for the gun whats your guys opinions on it? Is it a well built and reliable rifle? Or should I look into something different?

      I have a set on my Glock23 that I carry everyday. They are great! And in a self defense situation they would definately come in hand and give you a bit of an advantage.

      I haven't had a problem finding .380 ammo. Cabelas has a decent amount everytime I go. But I agree with the .38 snub suggestion. A S&W642 would be a nice pocket gun. Although if you would want you could get a .357 snub so you can shoot .38 also.

      I have carried into Blythes in griffith and the one in valpo with no problems. They never bothered me at all. One of the employees at the Griffith one knew I had my G23 cause he was helping me pick out a IWB. Never said a word or complained.
