No, you're not alone. Regardless who is responsible for this tragedy, our society has become significantly more radicalized in the past 30 years.

I didn't think so. I wonder how and where it will all change for the better.

The Prez is going to speak soon and make everything alright.

I am curious as to how much farther he can toss law enforcement under the bus.

AR-type is a way for the media to continue the "AR-15 assault weapons bad" demonization even when they don't know what the weapon is. It is basically the same thing as their switch to "military-style" weapons terminology. The more vague, the more it seems to the uneducated public that any rifle is bad.

Yeah, I know. I was just highlighting the stupidity in it all.

According to Huffington Post and one other news source: Gunfire between at least 2 individuals prior to the arrival of police. Suspected drug deal gone bad. Police arrival intensified shooting into a gun battle.

May not have been an "ambush". May (probably) has nothing to do with BLM.

also stated that one of the officers was African-American....oops, I mean Black in color. But take that with a gain of salt, as the media throws stuff out, with the hopes of being right.
One thing I will note, for a site that has so many proponents of "wait and see, before making judgements," this doesn't seem to hold true for thus case.

I just heard "Shooter had AR type weapon". WTF is "type" it is or it isn't.
They reported that Orlando was an AR, and people were having aneurysms saying it wasn't. I guess now they are just hedging their bets.

Sometimes we get way to hung up on what things are called.

Too many are no longer willing to say what is wrong, unless it fits their agenda. What kind of person would believe it's okay to shoot an innocent person who has done nothing to them? If others were involved, I hope they are hunted down and justice be swift.

Justice is ambushing and killing cops? I call that something entirely different.

"This is not so much about gun control, as it is about what's in men's hearts..."

His heart is in the right place... but it's not about gun control at all.

If only Skip Gates hadn't locked himself out Obama wouldn't have started the police attacks

It does seem like a part of black community has been more embolden to violence since then. But it could be just my imagination. Me thinks not though.

It would be your imagination. You would maybe be more correct, if you said that their focus has changed.... at least based on what I hear on INGO.

Interesting perspective. If true, I wonder if it was as a result of that or something else? I've not done the research, so I don't really know.
