Killing Jews is a bit much.

That being said has anyone looked at the firearms sale pages? The profiles are scary. The only difference is I can't smell them. Now I know why they don't want photography in gun shows, it would show gun owners. Anymore I wonder if I am just fighting for MY rights defined under the Second Amendment, because these degenerates surely aren't.

I created a Facebook account to promote common sense limitation of government among friends, to counter anti gun agenda among friends who live far away. Your gun and political commentary on sites like this are only "preaching to the choir". Facebook has been for me, a means of stirring thought among some very liberal folks, who are good people, just misinformed.

I will drop FB in a NY minute, should they curtail free speech concerning firearms.

wow, so now simple machinery, metal objects, and jargon pertaining to them is in the same boat as porn in the eyes or mark z? or does FB simply not like the consistent logic smackdowns being brought upon the leftists?

I'm keeping my account. I have more to talk about than guns. At least FB would let me have loud pipes on my motorcycle.

I quit using Facebook 3 years ago and have never looked back.

This is another VERY good reason to avoid Facebook.

As for those of you who think you need Facebook to communicate with family and friends, isn't that what INGO is for? :dunno:

The main reason I still have a FB account is to keep in touch with friends in israel. I wonder what FB will do about my "gunny" profile picture--ban my account?

The "new policy" is really good window dressing, making it look like they're trying to stop illegal stuff which is already illegal, even if it really isn't illegal, when it reality it changes nothing.

All they did was post a policy that says, "don't do anything illegal." For all the money and effort that maig and others put into this fight they certainly didn't get a whole lot of profit in return. But they are out there spinning it as if facebook gave them the keys to the security encryption and is now their biatch.

    Between corn and soybean fields.
So Mommies Demand Action and Morons Against Illegal Guns wants to ban all gun-related content on FB because a few people used it as an outlet to buy, sell, and trade. I'm sure if they get their way, groups such as the NRA and others that expend considerable effort to encourage safe and proper handling of firearms will be included as well. Yeah, makes sense.

It's not even 'illegal', I can sell you a gun face to face so long as I believe you're allowed to have one and you believe I am allowed to sell you one. So I don't know what these women are complainin' about. If I see an ad on Facebook for something I want, it's not illegal for me to meet you at Wal-Mart in the parking lot to buy it.

We need to start a group to take these ladies to the shooting range. I bet after 100 rounds each of them would agree they had fun...
