Dang, I'd LOVE to have one, but Leonidas isn't old enough yet and I want to stagger their ages for than just 3 years....Do you plan on breeding Beau more in the future?

What does he weigh now? It looks like he finally slowed down a bit...I thought he was going to be the size of a horse.

Sad news...

I know I posted earlier today that I would post pics of the puppies. Not today, maybe this weekend...


This afternoon we lost our Bri due to complications from the delivery. She did nurse, and tend the 2 pups twice before she passed though. Always the loving girl that she was to the end. Each pup weighed in at a little over a pound each and measure right at a foot long. To much stress for my little girl...

At 4 days old, with a microwavable Teddy Bear. just over 1 pound each...

At 9 days old, over 2 pounds each!

Beau has some of the best markings I've ever seen. He is one handsome GSD.

Not that one of Bri's female puppies could replace her, but it might have helped soften the blow slightly.

We are sounding out names for the Pups now.

The one that is mostly black is Riddeck, cause there is no prison that can hold him...
The other one we are thinking of either Ares(but pronounced R res, Airres), or Havog (The Welsh spelling of Havock)...

As promised, here's my parents German Shepard. Jerry Lee is 8 years old, and still loves playing frisbee and chasing butterflies.

The Pups at 17 days old! Eyes are open and they are starting to crawl around. They only crawl for like 4 minutes, then pass out for like 4 hours...

We have decided on names for them the smaller dark one is Synn, and the larger brown one is Havog...

Without further ado, I give you Beau, Havog, and Synn...
