I just had to see for myself.

    That's a dead sexy leg!

Rhino, you should cover that with something. I have a suggestion:

ETA- I can't belive this wasn't posted already. Sometimes you have to do things yourself. Not often, but sometimes.

Kudos, sir. I had not yet seen that.

Were you in the Louis Awerbuck class when (then) Cap'n Ken presented him with a cake, upon which sat an artificial hand impaled by a karambit? Apparently something had happened earlier involving a similar knife (maybe during one of Tarani's classes).

I wasn't in that one, but have heard the story. I was thinking the victim of self-karambittery was either Ken or Jay.
Or, perhaps that was just one cake of many.

Hmmm . . . maybe you're right, come to think of it. Ken cutting himself makes more sense than Louis. If Louis had done it, no one would ever have known about it!

I was there when the cake came out, I just can't remember who the recipient was now!

A quiet, accented, growled, and mumbly "ow".
That reminds me: Louis's S.W.A.T. column where he squatted and stabbed himself in the ass with the boot knife was one of my favorites.

The more I think about it, the easier I can picture Jay being the one telling the cake story as Ken squirmed uncomfortably.

I've managed to run into the edge of some equipment no less than twice
striking the release button on my new auto..... while in my pocket (left side carry).....
causing it to pop open in my pocket.......
Do you have the number for your Dr. handy by chance... and are they taking new patients?

Refuse to accept arsenic is arsenic, and it doesn't change what happens if you ingest it.

I can't read your messages now that you're on my IGNORE list. (see what I did there?)

I hope I get a bird dog fee for referrals!
