We have 1-10x10 pop up tent and Jim was planning on making a 5gallon drinking cooler of red Gatorade. Relic you can call me if there is something else we can bring, just let me know.

Tell him don't forget the vodka when he make the gator-aids

I have a small 3x metal swinging target for the .22's I'll bring too.

She was already two weeks past her due date, so I couldn't make her wait too much longer. If it was born on time, I would have been good to go. Oh well.

I don't think we have enough beverages yet, and I also think we need some more chips and stuff like that. Le Doug alone already ate me out of house and home once...

Anyhow, I think we need a master list...

I signed up to bring buns for the brats, but I was also secretly planning on grabbing a couple 2-liters of various sodas, too.

I think this is the most recent one...

The only thing I have so far is a small list of who is bringing what as far as the BBQ goes.
so far we have
IBM bringing
1 big pot of Chili.
Plastic bowls and spoons (if no else is bringing.)
2 10x10 pop up tents to use @ the shoot and @ Bigum's.
1 folding 3x6.5 table also for the @ shoot and @ Bigum's.
Least 1 case of World Class Beer products, 2 if the VP let's me have more.
Plus I'll also stop and pick up some more ice.

I'll be bringing bratwurst
a couple cases of bottled water
and I will also pick up a couple bags of ice and a cooler.

MK2JA is bringing the buns for the bratwurst

SE will bringing cups and paper plates

Le Doug will also be bringing chili
and I think it was POC who said he will bringing some ice and 2 coolers possibly 3

If I have missed anything please let me know and I will update this
as far as what is needed..I think what we have will be fine.

and Le Doug since we are getting so close to the event and you have already spoken with the tavern owner,you may want to contact the tavern one last time if you havent already..just sort of a courtesy/reminder call.

and if anyone has any target stands it might be a good idea to bring them..HandK will be bringing his mobile range for the pistol shooting but we will need target stands/backings for the rifles and shotguns so if you have anything please post here so we know what we will need.

My dad is gonna bring another cooler full of ice and a few 2-liters of pop. I don't think it'll be full of soda, so if there are other things that didn't fit int he other coolers being brough, we can shove them in his.
