My wife decided that we have to go to the niece's b-day party today, alas I won't make the shoot. I'd like some eggs, maybe an Indy person could pick me up a dozen each.

Whelp, I’m on my way home from a great day. A ton of people came out, and despite the HK21 being cantankerous and eating links sporadically, I think a good time was had by all.

I especially enjoyed to improved reactive target steel bays Don has set up (formerly the Cowboy Action Range). Knocking down plates with my MP5SD was a hoot, even if took a couple hits with my slower down 115s.

Im looking forward to the pictures and video.

Sounds like a good day. I'm going to have to get out and heck out Proteq one day.

Thanks to those who organized the day - and thanks to Don and Stephen for opening up the range for us.

My son and I had a great time - nice place- and Don and Stephen are very gracious hosts.

It was nice to get schooled on the dueling tree from Stephen...

Just got back to the house. My son and I had a great day. The son was able to shoot several full auto weapons. Thanks Beowolf and I didn't catch the name of the guy with the suppressed MP5 but he shot that one also. His first time with full auto and he enjoyed it. To the person with the S&W 500 think it was boogieman not sure thanks a bunch that gun is a hoot. I can still feel the recoil in the web of my hand. I also want to thank Don and Stephen for allowing us the use of the range.

Great day! Awesome people, cool guns, and some really good hot dogs.
Thank you Don and Stephen for sharing your range, and especially your time with us.
