Out of curiosity, why was your wallet in your brief case instead of oh I don't know... a back pocket? Not victim blaming... just curious. :)

When visiting a penal facility, it is much easier to get through screening if you leave everything you do not really need to have with you for the visit in your car. I will routinely leave my wallet with everything in it in the car, taking in only my state employee ID and whatever papers I need. So, maybe that is why Kirk had the wallet out.

As a retired ISP guy, I would hope that professional courtesy would cause them not to take the wallet while stored in my vehicle. :):

I use the "breast pocket" wallets that are long rectangles. They are quite heavy and do not fit in pockets, suit coat or suit pants.

Since I am always with a briefcase or ruck, I off body the wallet.

No, not really, I just carry my wallet in my briefcase because of the heft and size.

Paralegals got me a money clip couple of Christmases ago and I carry cash and courthouse pass in my pocket. Do not believe I have carried a wallet on me since high school.

Glad you got your wallet back.

Chick sounds like an idiot. Doesn’t she know, she could’ve went a couple hundred miles west and stocked up on everything from wal mart and target for free? And since she had meth, she would have been elected leader of the protest for the night.

UPDATE: After Harrington's office bungled the charges and the protective order, they now run away. Special Prosecutor now.

No one will tell me about the status of my property. Let's hope this gets better, not impressed so far.

Considering your profession and history with this bunch... it would either go really good, or really bad. Signs point to really bad.
