OK, here's my first shot at what went down.

Bob wanted to tap Wendy, but she only liked him for a friend. Wendy was over, and so was another guest, Joe. During the evening, the guns are displayed/compared. The .45 is Bob's, the .38 is Joe's. They're all drinking, and Bob passes out. Joe and Wendy are drunk also, and decide to do the nasty while Bob is passed out. Bob regains consciousness, sees them, becomes enraged, and shoots Joe. Wendy scrambles for Joe's gun, but she's not quick enough. Bob rapes and beats her before shooting her in the chest with Joe's gun.

Wendy and Bob are the item. BOB is the abusive BF (it's the quiet ones you always have to look out for) He's also Wendy's psych professor.
Wendy has had enough of Bob's crap and seeks solice with Joe, her lab partner in biology, and sometimes friend with benifits.
Bob come home to find them in flagrante dilecto and he freaks.
Knowing Wendy has the throw away .38, he shoots Joe, breaking the window and emptying the .38, then draws the glock, because Joe is still moving. Wendy tries to intervene, knocking Bob off target with the first round. The struggle ensues, and Wendy gets one in the chest.
Shell shocked, Bob just sits and waits because he has now idea what just happened. He covers Joe's lap with a towel because he cant stand looking at another naked man.


That's my story and I'm stickin to it.

In the living room were there any more slugs found? glass shatter in to the living room or bedroom? Is there an entrance to the apartment in the living room?

But how the **** did Joe get his prints on the Glock and why are there two slugs in the half wall?

No slugs or casings in the living room. Glass broken into bedroom. There is an entrance at the far end of the living room, as well as stairs up to what is presumably Bob's bedroom.

Any statements my client, Bob, made were coerced and thus inadmissible. I demand an immediate relase for my client who will be on a bus to another state and I demand why the poolice are not looking for rhino who obviously knows something but by his mysterious absence makes himself conspicuous?

In the suitcase are a shaving kit and a bunch of clothes in Bob's size, all somewhat less formal than "business casual". Nothing is folded neatly, everything is just sort of tossed in. There's an airport luggage tag indicating that the bag has arrived from Salt Lake City on some airline or another.

Conferring with the airline will reveal that Bob left Monday morning for SLC and his return flight landed about an hour or so before the shooting. I don't think I've stipulated this anywhere, but let's call the time of shooting around 5 pm on a Friday, in case the length of the trip matters to your narrative.

Random household trash (nothing you wouldn't expect). Most of it has Wendy's fingerprints on it, except the trash can in the upstairs bedroom, which is all Bob.
