      Remington files for bankruptcy.

I test fired their latest low cost full size 9mm pistol recently. The RP9. It was, Yawn.... unimpressive.

      Iver Johnson 32 cal revolver

Is it a top break revolver? It probably uses .32 S&W (Short). Fairly hard to come by. Sometimes places like ammotogo.com or cheaperthandirt.com have it. Last time I saw some was at a gun show and it was some European brand. Here is a link to an article about a similar gun: Gun Review...

      safety or no safety

My Springfield XD has no thumb safety, but I wish I had the version that included it. Just can't get comfortable with it as a carry gun after handling a 1911 for years.

      Lever Action Scope

You will need a long eye relief scope on that model 92. I tried an inexpensive NcStar 2.5X30 pistol scope on my Rossi 92 last deer season to test out the idea of scope hunting with a lever action. It worked out well. It allowed me to shoot with both eyes open. Here is a link for the scope...

      selling glock, getting wheelgun

I bought a Ruger Security Six about 26 years ago too. It was my first Big Boy gun. Had the black Houge grips with the Ruger medallion. I liked the contrast of the bright stainless hammer and trigger next to the blue. I am glad to report I still own it and I still love it. I've always...

Rossi Rio Grande 45-70 in stock local?

I saw one one in the case at the Brownsburg Walmart back in early December. Give them a call and check.

State to keep 51 guns seized from man obsessed with Spierer case

So if this man is unable to ultimately have his property returned to him, right or wrong, will the government reimburse him for the fair market value of his guns? A collection of 51 firearms is worth at least $15, 000, assuming $300 per gun.

Ccl 3 yrs now.. Dad freaked out when I showed him my hollow points

What about the discontinued Winchester Black Talon ammunition? Is that considered "plastic coated"? I still see old boxes of it at gun shows now and then. What are some specific examples of banned plastic coated ammo in Indiana?

      Huntington Bank, "Are you police?"

I am thinking about leaving PNC also. When I visited the 79th and Michigan branch and asked about licensed concealed carry and getting through the security doors, they cheerfully stated that if you're carrying, they simply won't let you in.

which would be best binoculars or a spotting scope?

For seeing those little holes, light gathering ability may be more important than excess magnification. Check out these Zhumell astronomy binoculars with 80mm objective lenses. Only $100. At 20X you will find it difficult to hold them still without a tripod. They collect a lot of light and...

      dark earth M&P 9 where?

Check at Indiana Gun Club in Fishers. Saw a nice FDE there a few weeks back, but it might have been a .45.

      Gander Mtn. is loaded

A sub-$500 629? I haven't seen anything near that price even a the gun shows. Did you notice if they had any similar deals on used 686s? I need one to go with my 629.

      Looking for 10mm ammo

I believe they had a few boxes at Gander Mtn. in Terre Haute on 3/27. Give them a call.

easy question, seems like many answers

Watch out in Ohio. They consider a gun "loaded" whenever the magazine has rounds in it, even if is is locked away separately from the gun! So... remove all rounds from all magazines and speedloaders in Ohio.
