I don't like the idea at all, probably will end up being very bobo and leave you wishing you hadn't done it in the first place. Think about it alot before you mangle a nice firearm.

22LR will seperate the boys from the men in accuracy. Get good enough at shooting a 22LR accurately and any other gun will be that much easier to shoot MOA.

MMP makes the best ones on the market. It makes a huge difference getting fresh ones versus what has sat on the shelves at Wally World for over a year. I like the short black ones for Hornady SST slugs. Worked great in my Savage 10ML-II.
