Wimp (joking) I would get a gun smith to install one if it got a wood stock on it. The 700 in wood is just to pretty for a slip on pad and the slip have been known to sometimes mar the wood. A 308 kicks that much? I got a 30 06 with out a recoil pad and do not find the recoil that bad. My 8...
I never said it was Illegal. I Said it is not a bright idea. I just know some cops have their own agenda when it comes to what is right or wrong. Didn't you have a legal problem awhile ago? You were right and won but it did put you though a lot grief. Is carry an AK 47 in the mall a...
My wife got the 336 Marlin in 30 30 she love the rifle but I did have to take to Williams Gun Site to loosen the action. It was so tight I couldn't rack it without busting my knuckles. Granted it would loosen up over time but can't wait that long. I sat down a racked for about three hours...
With the Ft. Hood and AZ shootings I would be on high alert if I saw a AK or AR slung over your shoulder in the mall. Is it worth the hassle and risk losing your right to carry? I am all for OC but keep it holstered and leave the rifles in the woods or range not the mall. One more thing...
I have seen some nice TACICOOL shotguns on here but very little fancy engraved O/U side by sides or other Shotgun works of art. Get out your fancy stuff out. Nothing wrong with Tacicool but were is the old school classic?
I never had any problems with my Kimber mags. It might need cleaning If it is your carry gun I would get Wilson Combat mags. What Kimber is it?
Is it a 3" barrel? 3" 1911's do have cycling problems due to limp wristing. Just be aware of it you may not even know your doing it.
I remember seeing on the Military Channel that they fluted the bolt on sniper rifles for arctic warfare. The fluting helps with the cycling the action in extreme cold weather as it breaks the ice build up. The military does not do anything for just cosmetic reasons unless it crome plated...
Mine started carrying after trying to deposit a large sum of money at a atm when some jerk came too close. Nothing happen I was in the car with a gun I explained to the it is a good way to get shot. The ATM was in the foyer of the bank and you need to swipe ATM to get in. You need to stay out...
I have used factory reloads during the ammo shortage and had more problems with FTF's and such. I have seen bulges in the cases and other defects. I stopped using factory reloads in my guns. The powder was so dirty and quickly blacken my gun. Glock and most gun manufacturer warn not to use...
I don't know IN open carry law but I feel it would be bad PR for gun owners everywhere. It doesn't look good in the libtard's mind and makes us look like terrorists. I am a concealed carry permit holder and it would put me at high alert if I saw you at the mall with an AK over your shoulder...
I feel a 22lr will be ok for Zombies attacks. As of now we have been vigilant in our control of the Zombies. We have been Zombie free for years in this country. Keep up the good work!!!
Critical Defense is has a more pointy nose and will not clog in clothing so it will expand properly. Run some through your pistol to make sure no FTF's. Hollowpoint bullets will clog up with heavy winter clothing. I use it in my PPK/S and Beretta 92.
