I think it means they will vote for Trump regardless if they feel he can win or not. Not going with the "if you can't beat them, join them" mantra that affects some voters.
I'm not panicking. Hillary is up by the same amount in some supposedly safe states. Polls are very volatile this season which doesn't help my confidence in any of them.
