      It's slowed to a crawl since I ordered my suppressor in January. At that point it was looking like a 5 month turn around. I would've had it at the 6 month mark, however the dealer put "OMG" for the model on the form 4 instead of "Omega", so it was kicked back on 5-27-16 for clarification...

      Long range optics

      I've been running the SWFA SS 10x42 on my long range bolt gun. I prefer the fixed 10 power and push it out to 1000 yards on a man sized target. Best bang for my buck at $300. If I had it to do over, I might pay the extra $100 for the side focus model.

      That's good to know, thanks. Sometimes I think I should just by a complete upper instead, that the purpose of the rifle doesn't require a match grade barrel, etc. Decisions, decisions! Aero precision has an upper for $440, CBC $310, BCM on the upper end at $640.

      Thanks for the info! I'm still trying to find the magic round for the bolt gun as an accurate sub. I'm not sure what I should expect, but it's about 1.5 MOA with Subs so far (factory and my loads) and sub MOA with the 150gr hand loads I've tried so far. This is from an out-of-the-box Rem 700...
