I've been wondering about this.
What do you think are some of the most respected companies in the USA that manufacture, sell, or service NFA firearms (SOTs, not regular FFLs)?
What about the company/person makes you have a high opinion of them?
What would cause you to have a very low opinion of...
Dynasty trusts vs. revocable trusts
There are 18 states that have abolished the rule against perpetuities, so trusts in those states can go on forever; and there are two states that allow trusts to exist for 1,000 years.
Just make a revocable trust now, but make sure it has language...
Hello, I'm seeking access to back issues of Small Arms Review magazine. I have a few issues, but would like to review all issues. I'm located in Bloomington. I'm willing to buy or borrow. If borrow, then I'd hope to be done reviewing them within 2 weeks. I'm willing to come to your location to...

It took a very long time to track these down.
One of them cost less than original MSRP and the other cost A LOT of money (because volume 5 is quite rare).
Thought this might be interesting to all of you. The Porter County Museum (in Indiana) received a machine gun donation recently.

FYI.
Recently received an order of food storage from Emergency Essentials (beprepared.com). The bill of lading from FedEx shows approx. 425 lbs of food (+ cans + boxes) were shipped to my place in Indiana. I was only billed $12 for shipping ( I did NOT order from their website, so I don't know...
Yes, I know that is the case. My question is about a Form 4 for a SBR that was previously registered as "Multi" back during the brief time period when the ATF allowed such.
First, I know that the ATF has stopped allowing new SBRs to be made as "Multi" cal on a Form 1.
My question is:
If there is a SBR that is already registered as "multi" cal, is there precedence for it remaining "multi" cal after it is transferred to a new owner on a Form 4?
So in other words...
Utah's statue that allows CCW's on school property
Here is the Utah statute that allows someone with a Utah Concealed Firearms Permit to carry weapons on school property in the State of Utah. Could use similar wording in the Indiana statues (see the words marked in the color red)...
Planning on buying one of these two lights. I like the idea of the 200 lumens from the E2D LED Defender, but the smaller size of the E1B Backup. I really like that both of these lights have two settings for low and high output.
Anyone who owns either of these have any comment? Any alternative...
Not a chance. I looked into how to qualify for in-state tuition. IU has set up their system to make sure that any non-residents who come to IU and become residents of IN, that they remain non-residents "for tuition purposes." They even say that someone who started here as a non-resident student...
As mentioned elsewhere on the forum, I've moved to Indiana recently and I'm a graduate student at Indiana University. Legally I am a resident of another state.
In the near future I'm planning on forming a trust specifically for NFA items, but it seems to be complicated with my residency...
Indiana University does not consider me a resident of Indiana, and they will never allow me to be a resident of Indiana for tuition purposes, so...
...as long as I'm a graduate student, I will be a resident of my home state if I renew my vehicle registration and drivers license in my home...
So now that I'm living here in IN, I've been informed by UT BCI that I can either keep my current CFP with my old address, which matches the state that issued my drivers license, or I can get a new permit (a new card) that shows my Indiana address. UT BCI says it is a good idea to get the...
