I just picked up 3 225 round packs at WM for a whopping $9 apiece! Were a couple more on the shelf and maybe 1000 rounds worth of 50 rd boxes.
The only gougers are those that overpay!
Do you know that there is less margin on .22lr, or are you just assuming that because the price point is less it is less profitable? Personally, I do not know.
They had maybe 20 50-round boxes in the case. I asked for 3 and the lady picked up the 100's from the floor by her feet.
I have picked up may 6 100 round .45 packs there, but it was the first time I've seen 9. Yeah, I felt Lucky
