      I am traveling to Florida

I am traveling to Florida where I will be leaving my firearm in the car while I am on a 4 day cruise. My question is how am I legally able to carry in the car in FL? I am reading on one website it has to be unaccessable? Can I not have it on me in the car? I thought I could carry in Florida...

Mother and Daughter did not use Father's pistol to defend themselves.

They both lived and were unharmed. They did nothing wrong. Some arent capable of taking a life or maybe she didnt want to take a life with her 10 yr old witnessing the event. Who knows. Thank God they are alive and unharmed.

If I have read everythin here correctly, I believe I am ok carrying in the car while driving. If I get out of the car for whatever reason it has to be stored in the vehicle out of sight...

      Locked in car??

Was there a statute passed prohibiting employers from not allowing you to leave your firearm in the car while at work? Someone told me they can no longer do that. Thanks in advance.

Restaurant asks you to leave mid meal. Refund?

By not leaving immediately and waiting for your bill, arent you technically committing a crime of trespass?

      Open Carry Incident - Vincennes

Why do people feel the need to fight so hard for your right to carry as long as you carry the way they think you should, otherwise they become as bad as the antis?

Restaurant asks you to leave mid meal. Refund?

I would comply immediately and would not delay doing as asked by waiting to pay the bill.

Should we just give up all rights to firearms to assure this doesnt happen again or just the ones you personally agree with??? This mentality is not much different than antigun.
